Facilities Manager
Capitol City Christian Church is seeking a Facilities Manager to serve as a highly valued leader on our staff team. In this specialized full-time role, this role will focus heavily on vendor management, facility operations, preventive maintenance, and dedicated budget oversight to keep our campus safe, functional, and welcoming. This position is a reliable 40-hour workweek with competitive pay, allowing the right person to apply their talents to an organization deeply committed to serving and helping people.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong trade knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), familiarity with building codes, and vendor oversight experience. They will manage service contracts, direct custodial needs, and coordinate event resourcing.

Business Manager
The Church Business Manager supports Capitol City’s mission by leading the financial, operational, and administrative systems that keep ministries running smoothly. This role oversees budgeting, bookkeeping, facilities coordination, HR processes, and the church management system while partnering closely with staff and ministry leaders.
The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and experienced—bringing 3–5 years in business administration (preferably church or nonprofit), strong financial skills, and proficiency with tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. They communicate clearly, handle confidential information with integrity, solve problems proactively, and embody Capitol City Christian Church's mission and values.
