Capitol City is currently seeking candidates for two open staff positions. Be part of a team leading people who help people find and follow Jesus.

Business Manager
The ideal candidate for the Church Business Manager role is a highly organized and experienced professional with a strong background in financial management and executing administrative tasks. They should have 3–5 years of experience in business administration or a related field, preferably in a church or nonprofit setting, and possess a working knowledge of accounting practices, payroll processing, and budgeting. Proficiency in software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and church management systems is preferred.
This individual is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality, especially regarding financial and donor information. They should be a clear communicator, a proactive problem solver, and someone who thrives in a team environment while embodying the mission and values of Capitol City Christian Church.
Executive Minister
The ideal candidate for the Executive Minister role at Capitol City Christian Church is a strategic, servant-hearted leader with a strong background in administration, human resources, and church operations. They possess excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage systems while keeping the church’s mission front and center. This individual is detail-oriented yet capable of big-picture thinking, and thrives in both independent and collaborative work.
With experience in financial oversight, HR management, and team leadership, they are proactive, trustworthy, and committed to creating efficient processes that support the church’s mission and ministries. A clear communicator with high emotional intelligence, the ideal candidate models integrity, confidentiality, and a deep commitment to the values and vision of Capitol City.
