2026 Fall Retreat
Get ready for an unforgettable weekend! Join us for a powerful retreat designed to help students connect with God, grow closer with their small groups, and enjoy some classic autumn fun together. Register by October 1st so your student can join in the fun.
Your $55 registration covers everything for the weekend, including:
4 Delicious Meals to keep everyone fueled throughout the event.
Admission to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch for seasonal fall fun.
3 Worship & Teaching Sessions dedicated to deep spiritual growth and inspiration.
Session Schedule & Location
All three worship and teaching sessions will take place at Capitol City Christian Church.
Session 1: Saturday at 6:00 PM
Session 2: Saturday at 8:30 PM
Session 3: Sunday at 5:30 PM
Lodging & Host Homes
Overnight stays are a highlight of the retreat! Students will spend the night with their small groups in pre-approved host homes. Exact host-home locations and small group assignments will be shared as we get closer to the event.
What to Pack & What’s Next
Students should pack everything required for a single overnight stay, including:
Personal toiletries and clothes
Bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, etc.)
We'll email a complete weekend schedule, packing list, host-home details, and final updates to registered families closer to the event date.
Partial Attendance & Registration Questions
We want every student to be able to attend! If your student can only make it to a portion of the retreat, please reach out to David Vander Vorst at david@capitolcity.org before completing your registration so we can prorate your registration cost.
